• Adults Only: hotel reserved for guests aged 16 and over
• “Les Alizés” restaurant and “Le Mirador” bar: open to non-resident guests (16+)
• Access to the swimming pools is strictly reserved for hotel guests

 

Access & Parking (Complimentary)

 

• Private, secure car park at the entrance to the residence (barrier), with a transfer service to the hotel from 07:00 to 22:30
• Private, secure parking at the hotel for two-wheeled vehicles (motorbikes, quads, tuk-tuks)

 

Transfers

 

• Direct airport transfer, at an additional cost

 

Reception

 

• Reception open 24 hours a day
• Streamlined check-in and check-out, with efficient payment processing
• Invoice available on request
• Luggage storage
• Currency exchange service, subject to availability

• Due to its location on Madirokely Hill, the hotel is unfortunately not suitable for guests with reduced mobility
